It depends: If only mild than probably ok ...More than that wouldn't recommend ....Also requires serial evaluation.

Yes: Many times the diagnosis of aneurysm is made when the aorta is a bit bigger. You need to find the exact diameter of the aneurysm. Anything above 5 cms, you need to be careful.
