Transient bp : High blood pressure or systemic hypertension is a chronic condition in which the blood pressure is constantly elevated throughout the day; medical treatment Is needed to prevent long term complication such as stroke, heart attack or aneurysm. On the other hand, transient elevation of bp, by exercise or stress, is a normal response with no adverse clinical consequences.
