Normal, not sure!: Assuming that you usually have regular, predictable cycles with no extra bleeding, then this is abnormal for you. It should be followed up with a pregnancy test and an exam by your doctor. They will determine if an ultrasound is indicated. It could be anything from a pregnancy to a uterine polyp, or perhaps an aberrant cycle. I hope that this helps!
