Yes: If you are passing a lot of clots or soaking a pad in an hour or less, you may want to share with your gyneclogist. Sometimes fibroids or polyps can be the cause of this heavy, clotty bleeding. Otherwise, it's okay to bleed heavy for 1 1/2 days and then stop.
