Related but differ: While you are likely to hypoperfuse with hypotension, the idea differs in result. Hypotension = a blood pressure that is lower than expected for age/size/situation & expected to be inadequate to push blood where needed. Perfusion, the actual distribution of blood & its nutrients within the capillary bed, can be inadequate because of a blockage, like a rubber band on your finger impairs flow.
