What is the time period for which isotritinoin should be taken in case of cystic acne?

4-5 Months: A typical course of Accutane is for 4-5 months. There are instance when this course can vary but that would be at the discretion of the prescribing physician. Also , it should be noted that there are times when addition courses of therapy are warranted.
