Ask your neurologist: I would ask the neurologist for a direct referral to the doctor he feels would best meet your needs and have a practice style that would be most likely to fit your personality.

Friends are best : See if you have any friends or family that recommend a neurologist. Just be sure that the new neurologist you seek is within your insurance network. Other great sources are your pcp or your exiting neurologist.

Neurologist: Your current doctor would recommend a replacement before he leaves.
