Yes please: I would take him to the er now to insure that he doesn't have a compartment syndrome or other serious injury. Take care.

Go to hospital ER: Need complete evaluation to be sure it's nothing more serious than bone bruise. Going numb suggests nerve damage so really needs an evaluation. Don't delay.
