Wound Infection: These could be non-absorbable sutures or wires that are sticking out of an infected scar which has developed an abscess. See your surgeon who should be able to fix your problem.

Shoulder: Sometimes inside suture materials can be seen on the outside when the skin doesn't close good. . This is not normal.
