Not much: There really is no remedy that works 100% of the time. You may want to treat the source, perhaps fatigue or dehydration may be the cause. Loss of weight, smoking, poor nutrition, not getting enough sleep may be causes also. Sometimes its just genetic, in which case just using cover makeup is about all you can do.
