If puffy do you have to put the tea bags on your eyes?

Probably ineffective: Tea bags may have some astringent qualities (tighening) and the cool temperature of the tea bag may also cause some contraction and diminished edema. However, true dermatochalasis or bulging of the fat pads is unlikely to respond.
