Spotting: It could be a number of things. Are your periods usually regular? Are you tying to conceive? The most important consideration here is pregnancy. You should take a pregnancy test. Even if it comes up negative, you should repeat it about a week after you have your first missed period (no need to repeat it, of course, if you have your period as usual).
