The possibilities...: Red dots on palms of hands could be: contact dermatitis (inflammatory reaction to something you touched), warts, or skin infection (e.g. Dshidrotic impetigo =highly contageous infection). See your primary care practitioner or a dermatologist for evaluation and treatment. ((incr risk for adults if you have kids!)).
