My mom will fail to take her cholesterol maintenance since the med is out of stock in our place, is ok she temp won take it like for 3 doses or 4?

Don't worry: It pains me to say it, but don't worry if your mom misses several days of cholesterol lowering medication, especially since you can't do anything about it anyway because pharmacy is out of stock. While i can't guarantee bad things won't happen, skipping cholesterol medication isn't as bad as skipping blood pressure & diabetes drugs. Best to keep track of pills in bottle & ask for refills early.
