Infected cyst?: Sounds like an infected cyst. Speak to your doctor. You may need to see a surgeon to have it drained surgically, and/or removed.

Probably...: ...A surgical removal or ablation of the offending hair follicle should solve the problem. Ask your dr about that, it should be a simple procedure.
