No: You need to go see your doctor for examination. Sorry, don't intend to be rude, but we can't make a diagnosis based upon "skin rash". Way too many possibilities to list. We need to narrow down list by asking questions. Like where is rash? Does it itch or hurt? Any fever? Redness? Raised? Bruising or pinpoint? New medications? New soaps/lotions/detergents? New clothing? Recent travel or camping?
