No: If you do not have a refractive error, vitamin deficiency or other illnesses affecting your eye there is nothing that will increase your eye sight. If you think your vision is decreased recently you must see an eye doctor.

Increase eye sight: Most refractive errors (ie nearsightedness or farsightedness) can be corrected with glasses or contact lenses. You are too young for lasik surgery. I would avoid ortho-k.
