Possibly: Most heart transplant patients are able to go back to a normal life. There have been transplant recipients that played competitive soccer, climbed mountain kilimanjaro, etc. If the rest of your body is in good shape and you are fit otherwise, there's no reason why you couldn't do intensive training. If you're referring to military training, you'll have to check with the army doctors.

What boot camp?: What sort of boot camp are you talking about? If you mean some sort of ymca, crossfit, fitness type program, you may be able to if you have fully recovered from surgery. The first year after any transplant is the most difficult and hearts are no different. If you mean a us military boot camp the answer is no. The us army, navy, air force, or marines will not take an enlistee with a transplant.
