Potentially: The sugar in coffee can lead to increase bacterial growth in the mouth and that, if not cared for, can lead to cavities.

Not specifically: Coffee does not directly cause cavities, but there are several factors which can contribute to development of decay. First, coffee can dry your mouth which prevents saliva from doing its full job of "rinsing" the teeth. Second, if you put sugar or other sweeteners in coffee, that can promote decay.

No: Not if you don't add in too much sugar or creamer. Make sure you brush and keep hydrated.
