A member asked:

Can a 6 week fetus be mistaken for a 7 week fetus? is it more common the other way around?

Yes: Yes to all of your questions. The measurements are simply a "good estimate" or a guesstimate. The larger the fetus grows, the more accurate the measurements.

?Question?: Not sure exactly what this question comes from, but a well timed ultra sound is very accurate in determining the fetal age. Good luck to you.
