Ive been having sporadic, light brown (and today light red/pink) discharge every week of my pregnancy for a short period since week 4. im almost 8 wks now. my 6wk sonogram showed no issues as the fetal pole and heartbeat were found. is this common?

That is common but I’m glad you’ve had an ultrasound that showed everything is OK. Sometimes the cervix can get inflamed and you can have spotting from that. If it ever gets more than that or is associated with cramping I would be examined
