Nothing serious: It's a subject estimation of the appearance of the placenta, grade 2 would have a little bit more calcification. It's nothing to worry about. Keep an eye on your baby's movement, if it less than normal (or none at all!) call your doctor.

Yes - it's ok: Cat: as you progress through your pregnancy, the placenta will mature/age. Grade 2 is about right for this stage in your pregnancy. It will show some increased calcification and mature even further to grade 3 prior to delivery. So it is just a way of grading the age/maturity of the placenta. Good luck to you.
