Is it possible to have fertile mucus and still not ovulate? i only see mucus on my fertile days and the egg white type of mucus. is that normal ?

Cycle changes: Clear elastic mucus happens pre ovulation , mostly the effects of estrogen. After ovulation, Progesterone make the mucus thick and difficult to navigate by sperm.
