About to ovulate: The egg white type of cervical mucus coincide with the high level of estrogen that precede ovulation. Once you see the discharge your are most likely to ovulate in the next 24-48h. It is best to have intercourse the day that you see the different discharge . The ovulation kit will usually show positive on the day that the cervical mucus change to the " egg white". Good luck!
