Cannot diagnose: This is a condition that requires an extensive history and physical examination and possibly some imaging studies to determine the cause. It sounds quite serious and would recommend you see your pcp and if they feel it necessary they will refer you to appropriate specialists. Good luck and hope you are better soon. Sounds awful.
