You will be O K: Synthroid (thyroxine) is synthetic thyroid hormone T4 which is metabolically active foe 6 days , the other one t 3 will be in the body for 2 days. Call your doctor most likely will tell you to skip next dose.

Synthroid (thyroxine): Synthroid (thyroxine) is given as a single daily dose. Skip the missed dose if it is almost time for your next scheduled dose. Do not take extra medicine to make up the missed dose. Overdose symptoms may include chest pain, pounding heartbeat, tremor, shortness of breath, leg cramps, confusion, vomiting, diarrhea, or seizures.Probably won't overdose from taking 8 hours early, but wait a whole day to take again.
