Tlh done 3 days back, both ovaries kept, pain started today on right side corner where leg starts, start of inner thigh, what can be the cause?

It may: Be due to positioning during the surgery. My guess would be a pulled muscle that you may not have noticed due to pain meds. If it worsens or you have fever call your doc but it should go away soon.
