Yes you can: Just like with the pill, you can skip the week off and just replace the ring with the next one. If you experience breakthrough bleeding, then take a week off and start again. Remember, the NuvaRing does not offer 100% protection from pregnancy and it does not protect against std's. You already know that I am sure!
