Bloating: Most of the time, bloatedness is related to certain food. Fiber, fruits, beans, high carbohydrates/dairy products would cause bloating. Avoid these products or just consume in moderation and titrate to tolerance. Use process of elimination to see if you can find the cause. If you are using artificial sugar, suggest to stop.
