Yes if you don't : Take care of it , go to your doctor will examine and order the tests and find out , the cause of your problem and treat you , then you will be fine.

Blood in stool: Yes. It is problem when there is blood in it & specially every month. You need to see your doctor for good history & thorough physical examination with possible colonoscopy to rule out inflammatory bowel disease. Thanks.
