Hymen fragment: It most likely is a benign structure such as a hymen fragment but it could be several other possibilities some of which may need to be confirmed with a culture or biopsy and subsequently treated. See your gynecologist for an examination.

Papilloma: This maybe a papilloma which is a viral venereal wart. Have yourself examined now. Could also be a benign inflammatory mucus membrane granuloma. See your pcp or ob-gyn doc. Don't mess around with this.
