Many possibilities: There are many possibilities that can cause painless bumps. It could be a cyst, a clogged duct, skin polyp, wart, calcified sebaceous cyst, in grown hair, fatty mass/lipoma, lymph node.....A gynecologist can look at it and tell you at the time of a yearly exam.
