Rotator cup sprain: Most likely rotator cup sprain/tear. But the most important is to rule out dislocation or fracture. So at least get a shoulder xray. And if possible ask your physician to inject to your shoulder with corticosteroid if xray negative for fracture. If not improved then get MRI to r/o soft tissue injury. I hope that will help.
