Spep: Looks like you are reading the results of a serum protein electrophoresis. Polyclonal, gamma globulinemia just means that that is some inflammation or infection going on. It is the monoclonal once which we worry about. Those can be signs of blood cancers like myeloma or mgus.

Probably nothing: The alpha2 & polyclonal gammopathy i understand; don't know what's meant by irregularity. Especially if this was not obtained when you were in your usual state of health, these aren't cause for concern. Maybe you were fighting a virus or something.
