Go To Doctor: There is in medicine reasons to be seen by a physician. Your experience is not normal. Intense pain this far out from an injury must be evaluated by a physician. None of us here would just hand you pain medications without an examination. Please get to the doctor today.

You need to see: A doctor, your tetanus immunization needs to be up to date, you may need to be on antibiotics...But injuries are worse than they look.....And are very serious.
