Pelvic tilt: Pelvic tilt refers to the asymmetry of your pelvic bones. One side may be higher than the other or more prominent anteriorly than the other. It's a functional problem and is best corrected by physical therapy. It doesn't have anything to do with hair loss or weight issues.
