Maybe: Stay well hydrated. While that is low bp, it is the borderline for concern. Below 90/60 is the worry. These are related and treatments for the tos may be available. TOS: Thoracic outlet syndrome results from compression of nerves/vessels to the arms, causing numbness & neck/shoulder/arm pain & discoloration. No direct correlation with low blood pressure. Consult your pcp.
