Need a PCP: First you need to find a good primary care doctor, such as family doctor or internist. The primary doctor can fully exam you and find out what's your really problem. If your primary doctor can treat you, then he/she will start the treatment. If something is more complicated and he/she can not treat you, he/she has to refer you to see a appropriate specialist. Please do not feel frustrate!
