See a doctor: It could be the heart problem, but other causes are also possible. Please has your aunt to see a doctor get a full exam asap. If really heart problem, the doctor could refer her to see a cardiologist. If the symptom associates with chest pain and shortness of breath, please bring her to nearby er.
