Depends . . .: This question is best addressed by your doctor(s) & pharmacist(s) who prescribed your (birth control) pill & diuretic. We can't make blanket statements about pills & diuretics. We need to know which ones specifically. You need to tell both doc & pharmacist everything you're taking, prescription & otherwise.
