ER: It seems so awful what you are having to wait to get an appointment. You need to go to be evaluated right away. The best approach is to be seen by an er physician to get proper diagnosis and treatment.

Depends . . .: If it started just now, go to er immediately. If it's been going on for a while, then i guess you could see your doc tomorrow. But i wouldn't wait any longer than tomorrow given that a 3 day weekend is starting. You're a 38yo female who's already undergone cardiac cath, ct scan, MRI & taking nitro, Effexor (venlafaxine) & lamictal. Your symptoms could be from too low bp. Go see your doc who did all this to you.
