Prominent aica branches are compressing 7th & 8th nerves. have had tinnitus vertigo 10 weeks. why do symptoms suddenly start what is the treatment?

AICA: The only explanation of sudden starting of symptoms is probably the compression got significant now. The treatment for persistent symptoms is basically surgical decompression. Make sure this is done at a higher center because this is not a common case and you need an expert to do this procedure.
