Fetal movements: Fetal movements start from minute one. A fertilized egg keeps moving along the tube into the uterus until it implants. As the fetus grows, it moves. A first time mom can start her baby's movement at about 18-20 weeks and sometimes even 22 weeks. After the first baby, subsequent baby movements are felt earlier (16 weeks).
