If you mean : Urethritis, it is infection or inflammation of your urethra, the tube that connects the bladder to the outside through your penis. Infection here is usually caused by std's, such as gc or chlamydia. But there are other causes, too, so see your doctor for details. It is usually very painful.

Urethritis: I hope you meant urethritis. Urethritis is the inflammation of the urethra - a tube that drains the bladder outside. The main portion of the urethra in males lies within the penis. An inflammation of the urethra is urethritis. The most common cause of urethritis is infection such as std.
