Not likely,,,: This is highly remote if at all possible. First, the HIV virus is fragile, so even if there was some blood or tissue that was positive on the scissors or razor, it would die before having a chance to infect another person. Second, most, if not all barber-shops have an alcohol/cleaning fluid beaker/bucket that the tools are put in between uses so anything should be killed. Good luck.
