I have a lesion in the back of my tongue. my tongue is also numb and kind of burns on both sides. there's also a layer of white in the back. what i do?

Needs to be checked: We need more information as to how long it has been there, is it painful, are you able to eat all kind of foods or there is difficulty in eating certain foods, are you taking any meds including over the counter meds.And it also need to be examined and if indicated may need biopsy if it is recent you can wait few days as most of these lesions are caused by viruses and get better.Also have a dental che.
