Vaginitis and PID: Based on your description, you might have vaginitis. White discharge is usually due to yeast infection, which you could try otc antifungal cream. Having lower abdominal pain is more worrisome since it might be due to pelvic inflammatory disease. This could lead to infertility in the future. If it persists, you should go see your local ob/gyn to be evaluated.
