Bowel issues: It sounds like you are having some issues with excess gas production and pain in the intestines. This could be as simple as a virus, or could be something like ibs. Unless on medication, likely not related to vaginal discharge smell. Increased smell can mean BV or bacterial vaginosis. An overgrowth of normal bacteria. Or could be a std. Be checked by gyn or family doc and tell them about abdome.
