Get to an ER: The black color suggests old blood. The smell, infection or decay. Pain spreading through in your pelvic area may suggest that any infection is also spreading. Get to a Urgent Care or ER as soon as possible. You don't mention fever, but I wouldn't be surprised if you have one. Please don't wait!
