I am trying to have a baby but nothing us not working what should i do?

Patience: The average time to conception is quoted as 6 months and most don't consider you as having a fertility issue before at least a year of trying. Your regular OB can sometimes assess the basic health issues, but if this continues beyond a year both you and your partner need an evaluation.A fertility center may provide you with the most information.
